Once we receive your request it will be assessed and placed into an order of priority. Please note that we may not respond to you straight away, however please be assured that someone from your local SPHA branch will receive your request and all casework is always dealt with by any relevant deadline. We can appreciate that you may be nervous about your situation, but please be assured that our casework team have the matter in hand and will act upon your case when action is required.
